I have had a passion for writing all my life and it has taken me far. As a blogger, now a novice author, I decided my first body of work would be something to pay homage to my growth. The apprenticeship where I wrote these stories was very important to the evolution and confidence in my writing. In 2011, I was a Creative Writing Apprentice at Gallery 37 in Chicago, IL. Taught by Columbia College elite instructors, this was my first experience in such a free and creative space.
I publish this to reflect and to tell others to SUPPORT CREATIVE YOUTHS.
